Poster Submission & Registration

Abstracts should be written in English without exceeding 200 words.

2)

It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their Abstracts do not contain typos or 

grammatical errors. Before the review begins, authors may further edit and modify the 

submitted abstracts by accessing the abstract submission system with your registered 

account and password.

Acknowledgement of your abstract submission will be sent via e-mail. Please make sure 

that you receive an e-mail confirmation after you submit an abstract. You can also check 

the progress of your Abstract at the “Abstract Search” part in the submission system.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the symposium organizers, and a notification of the 

acceptance will be sent to the authors. The PACRIM15 & CICC-13 Organizing Committee 

recommends that register by early-bird registration deadline (Sep. 30, 2023).

5)

Authors have the option of choosing their presentation type (Keynote/Invited/ Oral/Poster).

However, the PACRIM15 & CICC-13 Organizing Committee will make the final decision after review. And the presentation guidelines will be announced prior to the conference.

6)

All presentations with the accepted Abstract and valid online registration will be scheduled in 

the final Program Book, and their Abstracts will also be published in the Abstract Book.
