(1) The Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China truthfully, completely and clearly (in both
English and Chinese).
(2) The original and copy of the applicant's passport (valid for more than 6 months and 2 blank pages of
the visa).
(3) One certificate photo within 6 months (4cm×3cm, color front bareheaded head).
Tips: Please consult the local Chinese embassy or consulate for details.
Invitation Letter
● The official Invitation Letter for a Visa is sent upon the participants’ request by the Chinese Ceramic
Society (CCS). And the online request of the Invitation Letter is open with the registration.
● If you need an Invitation Letter for getting a Visa, you need to submit the required personal
information in the Abstract Submission & Registration System
(http://pacrim15.ceramsoc.com/User/Index/login.do?l=en-us) with your Account ID and your
Password.
● If you need it before registration opens, please send your request to the CCS by email
(fuxiaoxin2008@sina.com) and attach the following Excel file filling with all required information.
